Is '''Bishop''' still alive ? I've not seen any news about it since I queried it here almost eight years ago. So why did you revert my deletion?  --[[User:David Haslam|David Haslam]] ([[User talk:David Haslam|talk]]) 05:41, 8 January 2018 (MST)

Page renamed from Current Events

As there were no "events" mentioned, I have copied the content of the page that had the title, Current Events. David Haslam 19:53, 27 April 2009 (UTC)

I'm going to suggest we delete this page. It's obviously not "current" in any way whatsoever and I only bumped into it when doing a search for something old, which I know isn't current, and it turns up here! :P --Nic Carter 00:44, 6 September 2013 (MDT)

Pumpkin Holder ?

Where does the term "Pumpkin Holder" come from? And what is an "Ant" ? David Haslam 17:02, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

LMGTFY--the second link gives the pointer to patch pumpkin, which defines the term. It also identifies the source of the term (Perl). "Ants" would be the workers. Maybe "Worker Bees" would be a better term here. --Osk 22:41, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Thanks. Most enlightening. David Haslam 14:53, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

BREW

Software for the BREW-enabled handsets can be developed in C or C++ using the freely downloadable BREW SDK. David Haslam 19:10, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Adding the BREW platform sub-section was prompted by a question in the Go Bible Forum about the Samsung Alias 2 SCH-U750 mobile phone. David Haslam 19:16, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

MRP

I am grateful to David Liu of [1] for alerting me about MRP. The potential to get the Word of God out on mobiles in many Asian countries is hampered by the fact that so much of the handsets sold in the region are based on application frameworks other than Java ME. David Haslam 12:12, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

MTK

How to start develop for chinese mobile phones based on nucleus RTOS? (MTK). See [2] and [3]. David Haslam 13:14, 7 January 2010 (UTC)

Progress on Bishop for Android?

How about a progress update Troy? David Haslam 18:07, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Ideas for projects - make a separate page?

Would it be preferable to hive off this section to a separate page? David Haslam 05:20, 28 April 2010 (UTC)

HP TouchPad and webOS products

On August 18, 2011, less than 7 weeks after the TouchPad was launched in the United States, Hewlett-Packard announced that it would discontinue all current hardware devices running webOS. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HP_TouchPad David Haslam 02:24, 28 October 2011 (MDT)

STEP Bible wiki page?

There are historic reasons why there is no wiki page here for STEP Bible. Most of the STEP Bible Developers Team are working in their own develpment environment rather than viewing themselves as part of CrossWire. As that's not about to change overnight, it's better to just link straight to the project website. David Haslam (talk) 01:54, 8 January 2018 (MST)
