getBible – a new JSON-based web API developed by Vast Development Method that makes use of SWORD modules from CrossWire.

- Build-log builder actions – that syncs the API with the CrossWire modules once a month. Each build takes about three hours.
- Joomla: getBible/joomla-component
The Joomla component can be used on any website, but at getBible it runs on the developers' own website.
There is a detailed explanation in the component on how the sync process works:
- Open getbible.net to see a hash value beneath the Scripture, with a question mark, then open the link to see the full explanation. This new system will keep all websites that use this system in-sync with the CrossWire modules, which is a massive achievement for CrossWire and the whole online Bible world.
