Validating TEI XML

I just reported (to the modules mailing list) an issue in http://www.crosswire.org/OSIS/teiP5osis.2.5.0.xsd

While attempting to validate the TEI XML file for the French Westphal Dictionary, XML Tools reported
"Parsing error at line 16384, local complex type: The content model is not Determinist."

Line 16834 is actually the line number in teiP5osis.2.5.0.xsd on the CrossWire server.
This line is within the definition for
   <xs:element name="datatype">
The line itself is the start element
   <xs:complexType>
