		+	Ok, this is what I think: This page and teh other one are essentially the same in intention - pointing at potential new modules. They do this in a remarkably bad way. We could do better:

		+	A massive table - name/language of translation, text electronically available (or not), licence (permissive or not), copyright requests made (or not). The info which is sprayed around the pages and talk pages re requests made will be hived off into individual pages linked to from that entry (copyright request made).
