It should be noted that http://www.code2000.net/ doesn't exist anymore and it may have been GPL'd?  Last time I looked around (August 2011?) that seemed to be the case, meaning it may become a first choice for many people?  It is listed at http://sourceforge.net/projects/code2000/

It should be noted that http://www.code2000.net/ doesn't exist anymore and it may have been GPL'd?
