Distinguishing between reporting text issues and reporting software issues?

The page is oriented primarily towards reporting software issues. Some help is required for users wishing to report text issues. Though CrossWire not an originating source of electronic texts, nevertheless it is useful to have a common procedure to collect information about any textual errors found in modules.
