This site has a self extracting zip file which yeilds a module that can be installed locally. If you are not using windows, renaming the file from .exe to .zip will allow it to be dealt with properly by your system.

The module has formatting issues that I don't recognize. Since it is a copyrighted work being offered for free, I'm not sure if improvements would be updated on their site.
